Organize FAQ’s for Beckett.com users
Today, Beckett Media announced some changes it will make for some users on Beckett.com. Here are the basics and answers to some frequently asked questions about the adjustments made to its service.
1) How much is a subscription to Organize if I don’t have an Online Price Guide?
A subscription to Organize is $19.95 per year. That’s just $1.66 per month for access to the world’s most complete checklist database and collecting tool.
2) When will you begin charging for Organize?
May 10 is our target date to complete several Organize updates and feature enhancements. We will begin charging for Organize once those features are complete, but no sooner than May 11.
3) How much is a subscription to Organize if I already subscribe to an Online Price Guide?
If you subscribe to a player, sport or Total Access Online Price Guide, there is no additional charge for Organize.
4) How can I get Organize for FREE?
Subscribe to a player, sport or Total Access Online Price Guide and you will receive free access to Organize.
5) Is there a way I can test-drive Organize before I purchase it?
Yes, if you wish to check out Organize before purchasing it, you can add up to 100 items. And anyone with 100 or less items in their current Organize will also have free access until they exceed the 100-item limit.
6) Will my cards/collections be deleted if I don’t subscribe?
NO, we will not delete any data from your Organize. It will be maintained on our secure servers for you to use if you decide to purchase an Organize or OPG subscription.
7) Where do I purchase an Online Price Guide?
You can subscribe from the homepage of Beckett.com or you can visit www.beckett.com/opg
8) Can I print my collections?
Yes, we will be launching a new feature in the next week or so allowing you to print out your collections.
9) Can I download my Organize?
Unfortunately we cannot allow downloads of our data due to copyright protection laws.
10) Are there any new features being added to Organize?
Yes, here is a short list of features we will be releasing soon:
— Sorting by card description
— Printing of collections
— Price paid column
— Streamlined trade setup

I really think you guys should get the site working 100% before charging people for a service that is not worth anything at the moment.
Clarification needed for number 5:
As long as i never exceed 100 cards, my organize is free?
What if i have 99 cards in my organize, trade them all, delete them from my organize and add 99 new cards it is still free or will i have to pay after adding two more cards regardless of deletion of the first batch to keep the number under 100?
Question: In the updated organize, will we be able to sort the cards by card value?
Wow. Way to make all those changes AFTER you start charging for it. See ya around.
Not being able to sort by card value is a huge detractor. It worked for the first few days and now is gone. It seems like it should be one of the easier categories to sort but is not being addressed or updated. Please fix this!

So it’s not really FREE. Like you have to sign up for Triple Advantage to get your Free Credit Score
My Organize is all jumbled on the cards listing. Listing some Higher #’s then lower #”s.
Also listing later years 1965 before earlier years 1962
how do i buy one without a subscription. i cant find the page to do so
If we have a paid subscription to a sport, what is the maximum number of cards we can input into the organize feature for free? Also, can it be sorted by player?
how do you calculate total value of collection? the tab is not working for me?
when I first started using Becket organizer, I could have the same card in multiple collections this was useful. It allowed me to process cards without having to find the original collection. Now it seems I will have to find the original collection and update the number. which means I will be moving cards from boxes to boxes and then maybe back again. Also, with older cards that have different conditions how can I track them since I can’t have the card in two different collections upon look up as it says this card is already in your organize. It seems this website no longer matches with what I need.
I have listed over 4000 cards in different folders in Organize & it has been working great, until a few days ago, now when I go to organize no folders or cards show up. But still shows over 4000 cards in collection when I look at my profile. Every day I click on Organize hoping its fixed & folders/cards reappear. I do love using the online price guide & Organize. I reached out to customer service, hope it gets fixed.
I input cards and then when I check in organize they are not in sequential order 😡 why is this happening? I then waste time trying to see if it got inputted.
Also how can I delete folders I have created in organize with my iPad and iPhone?
