2024 Baseball Cards: What to Expect
When it comes to MLB baseball cards, it’s all Fanatics. They hold exclusive card rights to both the league and its players. That means that their Topps and Bowman brands are the only place collectors will find MLB logos and trademarks as well as large numbers of current players.
This just represents fully licensed products, though. Other companies are also making 2024 baseball cards. Panini has both the USA Baseball and some collegiate licenses. In 2023, after losing their MLBPA license, they shifted to products highlighting prospects and retired stars while maintaining many of their familiar brands.
Other companies like Leaf and Onyx Authenticated also have 2024 baseball cards.
Beginning last year, Fanatics shifted how they announce their upcoming releases. Typically now, there’s little to no information on a set until about a month before it comes out. Sometimes it’s less. So if you don’t see a certain product listed on the 2024 baseball cards release calendar below, it doesn’t mean that it has been canceled. It just means, at this point, that nothing has been announced and we don’t know the plan.
The calendar below has two sections. The first tab has upcoming 2024 baseball card sets listed by release date. Tab two has the sets that are available and released, arranged alphabetically.

If it’s not here, we do not know if or when a particular release is coming out. If there is a date but no details, that is all the information we have at this time.

Hi, so I wonder if the rumor is true? The local card shop I frequent told me that Stadium Club would not be releasing their Stadium Club Chrome this year. Is this true?
