Beckett Media publishes its first graded book
By Chris Olds | Beckett Baseball Editor
If you’ve been missing the Beckett Graded Card Investor magazine or are late buying a Christmas gift for your collector, you might have a new option straight from Beckett Media.
It’s the first Beckett Graded Card Price Guide book, which arrived in hobby shops and bookstores this week — a 384-page documentation of sales data for cards that have been professionally graded.
The book includes pricing for baseball, football, basketball, golf, hockey, racing, non-sports and Magic cards.
Price guide lengths vary by sport, though like in GCI it reflects pricing for cards sold after being graded by the three leading companies — Beckett Grading Services, PSA and SGC. Also, just like the magazine, it does not denote pricing by grading company — but rather by condition. As many as eight grades are listed per card. (Graded pricing also can be found with an OPG subscription on Beckett.com.)
Its cover price is $19.95 in the United States and $22.95 in Canada.

I’ve already looked through every page of the baseball, football and basketball sections. Great job Beckett!
