2024 Upper Deck Black Diamond AEW brings a new high-end line to the world of wrestling cards. Taking many of the elements that have made the brand a mainstay in hockey, the checklist includes a generous amount of autographs, premium inserts and, of course, actual diamonds.
Hobby boxes are single-pack affairs, each with six cards. An autograph is among the guarantees.
2024 Upper Deck Black Diamond AEW Checklist Overview
The high-end nature of Black Diamond starts with its base set. Regular cards are numbered to just 185 copies. One-of-one Printing Plates are the lone standard parallels. However, there are also versions that come with diamonds embedded in them: Diamond (/25), Emerald Diamond (/10), Purple Diamond (/3) and Black Diamond (1/1).
Some cards get the autograph (1:4 packs) and Gold Relic (/35) treatment as well.
Ring Gems
The 2024 Upper Deck Black Diamond AEW checklist has some other inserts that use gems in other ways.
Band of Color creates a rainbow out of six different colored diamonds: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.
Championships are on display with Title History Diamond Relics (/15) while key bouts are highlighted in Top Ranked Matches Diamond Relics (/5).

It shouldn’t come as a big surprise that being a premium product that there’s some high-end autographed memorabilia components on the checklist.
These include Diamond Mine Auto Relics, AEW Champions Auto Relic Booklets (/15), Tag Team Dual Signatures Relic Booklets (/35), and Trios Triple Signature Relic Booklets (/10).
More signatures are available in Sparkling Scripts (1:7 packs), Diamond Plate Autographs and Glistening Graphs Six Way Auto Booklets (/10).
Memorabilia themes include Diamond Mine Relics (1:5 packs), Diamond Shards 3 Piece Relic Booklets (1:6 packs), Diamond Shards 12 Piece Relic Booklets (/25), and AEW All Out Memorabilia (/23).
Additional Inserts
Manufactured relics appear in Black Diamond as AEW Event Logo Patches. These cover different pay-per-view events. Most are 1:7 packs, except Forbidden Door and All In, which are short prints landing 1:24 packs. Cards also have autographs that are numbered to 99 or fewer copies.
Squared Circle Gems (/99) take a bold approach in their look. Red (/25) and Green (/10) parallels join them.
Other inserts include Diamond Gallery (1:10 packs), Diamond Connection (1:16 packs), Diamond Might (/75) and Diamonation (/25).
Exquisite Picks
Black Diamond isn’t the only Upper Deck brand making its AEW debut in the product. Each box also has an Exquisite Collection card, representing their benchmark luxury line.
Standard Exquisite base cards come numbered to 125. These have Red (/99), Blue (/75), Orange (/50), Purple (/25), Pink (/10), Green (/5) and Black (1/1) parallels as well.
Among the Exquisite hits are Jumbo Relics, Dual Swatch Relics (/35) and Quad Swatch Relics (/25).
World Champion and Women’s World Champion Title Belt Strap Relics bring a unique approach. Cards in both of these sets are numbered to 10 as well as autographs with five copies.
