Rittenhouse Announces 2020 Orville Archives Seth MacFarlane Auto-Pen Autograph Exchange Plans
When 2020 Rittenhouse Orville Archives arrived, collectors were quick to discover that something was off with the set’s Seth MacFarlane autographs. It turns out they didn’t have his signature. The actor and show’s creator used an auto-pen on the cards.
Rittenhouse was quick to jump into action. MacFarlane has signed a new batch of cards, this time with his actual autograph. They announced that they have set up an easy exchange program for collectors so they can trade one of the auto-pen cards for one with the authentic signature.
For each auto-penned card sent in, Rittenhouse will replace it. Cards must be received before the authentic autographs can be sent out.
Exchange requests must be sent to:
Rittenhouse Archives
Attn: S.M. Exchange
830 Welsh Road #188
Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006
The exchange program is valid through December 31, 2021.
2020 Rittenhouse Orville Archives Autograph Edition was an all-autograph release with a production run of just 300 packs. MacFarlane autographs landed every other pack, suggesting 150 cards were impacted.
