2021 Topps WWE Road to WrestleMania Details

The WWE year doesn’t necessarily start in January and end in December. Although not official, it’s more from one WrestleMania to the next with the pay-per-view acting as a culmination of sorts for the year that was. And that’s the approach that 2021 Topps WWE Road to WrestleMania takes.

Typical for the line in recent years, hobby box have a pair of hits, one of which is an autograph. Collectors can also expect lots of inserts and parallels at the pack level.

2021 Topps WWE Road to WrestleMania Checklist Overview

The base set centers on recent WWE stories, matches and other major moments including the lead-up to WrestleMania 36 and highlights from the event itself.

At least one parallel is in every pack including Foilboard, Green (/99), Blue (/25), Red (/10), Printing Plates (1/1) and Gold (1/1).

Given its scope and size, WrestleMania Roster inserts are a lot like a set within the set. These cover wrestlers and legends expected to take part in the WrestleMania 37 festivities. Hobby packs have a pair of Roster cards.

WWE Hall of Fame Tribute inserts spotlight the nWo and its place in professional wrestling history. The theme carries over to an autograph insert set.

Autographs are the central chase element, offering an adaptation of the WrestleMania Roster cards. Parallels include Purple (/50), Blue (/25), Red (/10), Printing Plates (1/1) and Gold (1/1).

Tag Team Autographs come with a pair of signatures. These also have tough Red (/10) and Gold (1/1) versions.

Memorabilia cards come in the form of WrestleMania History Mat Relics. Not limiting itself to one year, these have pieces of canvas from multiple WrestleMania events.

WrestleMania Match Film Strips are a new type of manufactured relic for WWE cards. These take a snapshot from a classic WrestleMania match and print it on a commemorative film strip that’s embedded in the card. The idea is to tie into the Hollywood theme of WrestleMania 37, which is planned to take place in Southern California.

Mat and film strip cards have Green (/99), Purple (/50), Blue (/25), Red (/10) and Gold (1/1) parallels. Mat relics also have autographs (/10) and Gold Autographs (1/1).
