Golf and hockey star autographs in 2012-13 Exquisite Collection Basketball
Exquisite Collection Basketball is known for its high-end hits of Michael Jordan and LeBron James.
However, not every autograph featured in 2012-13 Exquisite Collection was one of Upper Deck’s exclusive basketball signers. There are several non-basketball autographs in Exquisite such as key players in racing, baseball, golf and hockey.
Exquisite Collection Sports Autographs features six autographs of athletes from different sports.
These are tough pulls, numbered to just 10 copies with 1-of-1 Gold Spectrum cards. The cards feature baseball’s Tony Gwynn, hockey’s Wayne Gretzky, racing’s Mario Andretti and Danica Patrick, golf’s Tiger Woods and a redemption for an autograph of football great Barry Sanders.
Woods has been the top card on the secondary market. Three Exquisite cards have sold for $1,000 or more.
A Patrick auto sold for $227.50 and a Sanders redemption for about $100. Gwynn was the only card that didn’t do as well, ending at $36 at auction.
