Michael Jordan 1992 USA Dream Team Jersey Sells for $60K

We can swoon about the great Bulls, Lakers and Celtics dynasties, but the greatest basketball team to ever assemble is the 1992 USA Dream Team. Sorry, Tune Squad. Loaded with Hall of Famers and Christian Laettner, the roster featured the best players from one of the sport’s greatest eras. And of those players, one stands above them all — his Airness. One of the ultimate Olympic pieces, a game-worn Michael Jordan 1992 USA Dream Team jersey, has sold for more than $60,000.
According to the item’s description, it’s believed that this is one of two home jerseys Jordan wore during the Barcelona games. It was originally purchased in 1994 through an Olympic Committee auction.
In addition to the placard from the original auction, the jersey comes with a letter of provenance hand-written by broadcaster Craig Sager. He was covering the games for Turner Broadcasting and wrote the letter on company stationary.
The 1992 Olympic Dream Team Michael Jordan jersey is signed, however Grey Flannel was up front in the sale that JSA could not authenticate it with certainty as it was uncovered already signed. However, the auction company is standing behind the autograph. They said they were willing to remove it professionally and take the jersey to UDA so it could be signed again.

Why won’t JSA authenticate the autograph ? What was wrong with the auto..What about PSA to Authenticate the auto ? I don’t understand when they said They said “they were willing to remove it professionally and take the jersey to UDA so it could be signed again” ? How could that happnen ?
If a reputable authentication company isn’t 100% certain that something is authentic, they’re not going to authenticate it. 99% sure isn’t good enough. The auction company is confident enough about it that they’re willing to pay the added expense if the winning bidder wanted it redone.
