2017 Topps Baseball Walmart.com Exclusives Ask Collectors to Bundle Up

Retail-exclusive cards at places like Walmart are nothing new. Whether it’s a special insert set or an entire product, they appear regularly throughout the year. But if you’re only shopping the card aisle at your local Walmart, you probably haven’t seen everything the store has to offer.

The 2017 Topps Walmart.com Exclusives is a set of five cards available through their website with select bundle packages.

Current bundles with the 2017 Topps Walmart.com Exclusives feature 2017 Topps Stadium Club and 2017 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball. Both bundles come with a blaster box, five of the exclusive inserts plus a mix of retail packs.

The same five exclusive inserts are included in each bundle. That means there is no need to chase the set beyond buying one of the bundles.

The 2017 Topps Walmart.com checklist consists entire of veteran stars: Clayton Kershaw, Kris Bryant, Carlos Correa, Miguel Cabrera, and Buster Posey.

The design is sort of what you might expect from the Topps Fire line, with bold colors, bursting light and electric bolds shooting out from the background.

Backs give a brief bio. Cards are numbered with a “WM-” prefix.

If the bundles aren’t your thing, sets and singles can be found on eBay, but not in huge numbers.

@Tracy – For the Walmart listings? Probably because the bundle configurations are different. A&G has blaster and one other pack. Stadium Club has blaster and several packs.

what is the deal? I go to walmart.com, add items to cart, and I’m told this item cannot be shipped to me or picked up in-store and I’m in the USA.

I have my doubts its sold out. The quantity button is still active and the price changes occasionally.

Maybe Topps should get together with Amazon – Amazon doesn’t play these games Walmart apparently plays (or Walmart’s site is crappy if its sold out lets allows you to add the item to the cart and then give you an error message about shipping/pickup not available).

8-39-17…Order (apparently) placed OK. Seems like a great value for what you get, esp. with Free Shipping if you buy more than one.

i contacted walmart. They say it has to be in stock in my regional warehouse to be able to be sold or shipped to store for me. It’s in stock in other regions so that’s why others seem to be able to order it. The item price keeps going up (was $18.50 when I placed in cart, now $27 and change) and yet I still can’t place an order because it’s not in my region’s warehouse.

topps should still partner with Amazon – Amazon always ships things to me no matter if my items I order are in my area’s warehouse or across the country, I’ll get it in 2 days guaranteed!
