2019 Topps On-Demand Garbage Pail Kids: Valentine’s Day Is Gross is another limited edition online-exclusive release. Aimed at the holiday, there are some small things that may cause some long-time GPK fans to celebrate.

Sold as a premium set through the Topps website, things start with 20 base cards. All of them are included with the $40 purchase. In GPK tradition, it’s split between 10 A/B name gags. The art puts a Valentine’s spin on classic Garbage Pail Kids characters.

2019 Topps On-Demand Garbage Pail Kids: Valentine’s Day Is Gross is bringing back a few familiar characteristics that have been missing from many sets of late. Numbers are back on the front. So too is the classic “Peel Here” arrow that became an engrained part of the cards, even if you only noticed subconsciously.

An even bigger change is on the reverse. Gone are the generic backs that have little more than a subset number. Art is back along with the familiar yellow checklists.
