Topps officials today released information on eTopps’ newest offering, a tribute to the landmark 1956 Topps set, the company’s first devoted to the NFL.

The product, which went on sale beginning at noon CST today, honors superstars from yesterday and today, including the likes of Barry Sanders, Roger Staubach, Tom Landry and Tom Brady, to name four.

Additional players will be offered for sale in coming weeks. For more information, visit the eTopps website.

Are people will buying these “cards”. Topps might as well just put s sign out, give me your money so we can invest it over a long time and maybe, just maybe you can get your cards someday….and actually it will cost you shipping to get them. Topps has proved through etopps that they are the true masterminds of the hobby, making money on cards that haven’t even been produced yet! Last time I looked 2001 Shinjo etopps cards were worth 6 cents a piece. LOL
