First look: 2015 Bowman Chrome baseball cards

Two autographs per box and Hot Packs are back.
Those are the best ways to sum up 2015 Bowman Chrome, which Topps teased for the first time on Monday. The prospecting staple will arrive on Sept. 2 with 18 packs per standard box and 12 packs per box in HTA Jumbo boxes.
The basic set will include 200 veterans and rookies each with eight types of parallels — standard Refractor, Purple, Blue, Green, Gold, Orange (/25), Red (/5) and 1/1 printing plates. A preliminary checklist and production volumes for these numbered cards were not announced.
Chrome rookies will be signed 0n-card with the same rainbow, except Purple. Production volumes are the same as the standard cards, though largely unannounced. Dual autographs will pair a prospect and a veteran and be limited to only 25 copies, while a Red (/5) and 1/1 Superfractor version also will exist. Back once again will be Bowman Black and high school All-American cards from past events.
Prospect autographs will have a full rainbow just like basic cards with Oranges being hobby-only cards. There will be 100 prospects who did not have 2015 Bowman cards in this release, according to the company.
New this year on the insert card front will be Series Next cards, which are diecut cards with four types of parallels as well as an autographed version. There will be Haze, Vapor, Torrent and Superfractor versions. (Based on the names you can expect differing textures than the norm.) Also to be found will be Superfractors that Never Were — 1/1 cards of past and present players who never had a super. These also will have an autographed version.
Wave Refractors will populate the Hot Packs, while two new inserts will be found in regular packs. There are Prospect Profiles minis — a set that will have Green, Gold, Orange, Red and 1/1 Supers — and Prime Position Autos with on-card autos of the best players at each spot. They will have Green, Gold, Orange, Red and 1/1 Supers as well.

Like the design
The design, “almost”, looks like the 2014 Finest BB design……..except for the (in my opinion~a little bit ‘too much)……….BUT things look a little better !!!!
Like the design. But again manufactures trying to hide the outrageous overproduction run on autos are killing their value, but no the price the manufactures are asking for pre box. I feel bad for anyone that pre-orders and opens. Look at all Topps products this year. Checklist announced a day or later after launch and pre-orders are left with knowing they have bad checklists and overproduced autos with the best players being short printed and scrubs having thousands (TOPPS CHROME FOOTBALL).
