Jumping Trout

RE: Jumping Trout
I agree. If there were a pack pulled, certified autograph version of this card from 2011, the Internet would break. Especially if only 10 existed. Think Ohtani superfractor (before the injury) only 20 fold........

Still a nice card though.
Barry Larkin - 1781 different
Joey Votto jersey numbered cards - 283

Once again, folks ... just when you thought things were at a peak, another big jump for the 2011 US175 card across the boards.
In fact, about a 33.3% increase!!!!

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

The only thing that makes sense to me is if a particular individual or group is trying to buy up all the copies. Otherwise, the price increase is very temporary, sort of like Pujols with his 2001 auto(?)

Raw the card books for $400. Graded 9.5 the card books for $400. Why haven't the prices of this card graded gone up like the raw price? By the way, mine is graded 10. Three sub grades 10 one sub grade 9.5.

Who knows? Good question ... perhaps sales reflect that and perhaps there are plenty of 9.5 and 10 graded cards out in circulation?

Beckett grading shows 2926 9.5, 174 10, and 16 10 black lable

This is a little off topic but I have a 2010 Bowman Platinum blue refractor auto numbered 98/99 that I pulled from a blaster. The card has doubled in price since May 1 from $600 to $1200. I almost fell out of my chair! I had it graded and it came back an 8.5 for the card and 10 for the auto and there is no graded pricing available.

Ugh ... those 5 I sold for $16 each and even the one I sold a couple of months ago for $225 aren't looking so good now.

It's getting pretty tempting to move my Walmart Blue Update.

CRAZY!

Ya his 2011 finest green auto is selling for over 2,000.00 that is graded a 9.5 its very tempting to sell mine and use the money to buy my oldest her first car. ( the last one sold for 2,500.00

I guess there are no shortage of 9.5 graded US175 cards out there. Perhaps that explains the close prices between raw and slabbed? Black label 10's seem to be the rarest and would probably exceed current price guide estimates.

If you enter the card in your ORG. as a "9" the value shows $500. I wish they would show pricing on 9.5's. Congratulations on the 10.
