Well... its been kind of an off day for me. Sorry no updates for cards, no mail or any new pickups... probly because I have most of Burtons cards lol.

Anyway, my girlfriend and I broke up this morning, I am the one who broke up with her... even though how painful it was for me, it had to be done. The whole situation is really complicated but in a nutshell she's going to be too busy for me her senior year in high school, I just want her to be happy and have fun and not have to worry about me or her parents getting on her about me. I say that because her parents don't like me, in anyway possible. Anyway her parents act like communists, but thats beside the point now. The break up pretty much had nothing to do with either of us, just the situation, which makes it hurt less because I know we still have feelings for each other but at the same time, it still hurts. Not here to share all my personal life but for those of you who do know whats been going on, this is the update :/

Now the good news!

The Rams will play the Jets AT the Jets tomorrow... and it will be TELEVISED! On the NFL Network, I can't wait!

Lol about the communist thing, only b/c my parent in laws say that my wife is a communist. Sorry to hear about your relationship. Perhaps it was for the best.Well at least you have more time and money to do other things like hoard Burton's!

I couldn't watch Kolb yesterday for obvious reasons and w/ Avery out it's going to be a not so good first few weeks. oh well.........

Well hey, what a game last night with the Preseason opener!

Rams got the victory, I know it doesn't mean anything but winning is always funner than losing of course

There were alot of mistakes in that game for the Jets that the Rams took opportunity of, and some the Rams just created. Jets kick returners couldn't control the ball on return opportunities which the Rams capitalized on, and the forced fumble on the first drive by Leonard Little.

I was dissappointed to see that Keenan Burton didn't get a ball to him, but then again he was only in for 2 series and Bulger was sacked a few times, during those series unfortunetly. It was cool just seeing him on the field running routes even! Laurent Robinson showed off some great play-making ability! Only two passes to him but one of them was a nice 50 yarder! Shows that Bulger can still get the ball out there if he has time to throw.

I was impressed by the Rams rushing defense and rushing attack on offense, its a nice preview of how the season could be

Now to the Jets offense, QB battles? Last night I don't know how many times I heard the name Mark Sanchez but If I had a nickel for everytime they said it, I could catch a cab in new york probly 30 times. Its all good though, the kid showed off some nice passing skills, and David Clowney is lookin' great in preseason again this year! I made some small investments on him this past off season because I thought he was going to be something special and his 102 yards and a TD made me look pretty smart last night! Lol. Definitely going to be selling those pretty quick to capitalize on this opportunity.

I was wondering why I didn't see Burton's name on the scorecard? How come he only played 2 series? If he's fighting for a starting position shouldn't he get more looks? He didn't get injured did he? If so hope everything is okay.
