Great to see close season-ending playoff standings going into this weekend!  Takes my mind off all the other garbage taking place in this hobby and politics.

Anybody want to guess the World Series outcome?  I will take the Dodgers over the A's.  My long shot is Padres over the Rays.

Guess the Astros were lucky the Angels were playing the Dodgers. Going into the last 3 games their Magic number was 1, and proceeded to get beat by the mighty Rangers in all 3 games. Fortunately for them, the Angels lost. Great way to limp into the playoffs.

In the MLB.com bracket challenge I said Dodgers over Twins.

Then they decided to put Willians Astudillo on the Wild Card roster and now I kinda want them to get swept.

In a short time, La Tortuga (which I assume is Spanish for "terrible hitter and doesn't have the positional flexibility people seem to think he has") has overtaken Nick Punto, Samuel Deduno and Drew Butera as my least favorite Twins player of all-time.
