So, woke up this morning, decided to check release dates for Topps Series 2 (pushed back from 6/10 to 6/26) and saw that the pre-order prices are up to $125 for a hobby box and $225-250 for a jumbo box.

I haven't even seen a checklist yet. Is something driving that price other than just the general stuff that's been discussed on here recently? I swear these prices were like $99 and $175 just last week.

I'm thinking for $125, 5 retail blasters has to be better value. Thoughts?

Flagship blasters have no auto, hobby box is 50/50 auto or relic.
So if you want a zero chance of an auto, blasters are great because you are guaranteed 1 manufacture relic per blaster. If you want an auto, do not buy blasters ... hanger boxes do have autos but the odds are usually 1:1000.

Can someone please define what a blaster is as opposed to a hanger box?
