Rodman 2014 Immacualte auto

Rodman 2014 Immacualte auto
Please tell me this is a mistake and they used the part where he was trying the pen out to see if it worked properly.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-15-Immacula...35e9e3accd
Otherwise someone explain this to me. Is it because his full signature is too big for the stickers/paper? But even then this looks nothing like what he signed in the last couple of years.

EDIT:
I think I figured it out. Could it be that...
They are upside down!
Here another Immaculate auto, same set (signing while in a moving vehicle is not advised)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-15-Immacula...1323246461
And then compare those two against this one from a different set

Either Worm signed the card wrong or Panini screwed up. I've seen where Pamini inserted the wrong patch for one of the jumbo rookie patches in Immaculate Catastrophe too.

Cant help but notice the corner damage in that second link you provided.

In my opinion, both of those Auto's are definitely upside down!! Very poor job by Panini...

I am pretty sure these were signed after they were inserted in the card as you can see from the Dumars pic, so that would really be on Rodman for signing them upside down. I would be curious to see the card that had the wrong patch as well. Seems like a lot of grasping going on these days.

Yes, I have seen examples of what you are pointing out now (not only with that player but with others on that set as well).
I guess the idea of someone not realizing that their own image is upside down seemed too odd for me to consider. Or should we assume he did it on propose?
The thing is that every single one of his cards from that set on Ebay right now (8) is upside down, while the ones from other immaculate sets are ok. So I still don't get it, don't get how something like that can happen.

"Seems like a lot of grasping going on these days" Don't really understand what that means.

Yeah, I have no clue how Rodman would not realize the image was upside down. Maybe he signed his before they were inserted and Panini did put them in upside down. Either scenario is possible.

My comment wasn't directed towards you, or any one person specifically. Just an observation. It just means some people are so anxious to criticize Panini that they "grasp" at every chance whether there is a solid reason or not, and that is because they don't care, they just want to bash Panini. Again, I am not referring to any one specific person. You see it all the time on other forums, and it is always the same people.

The picture is in my thread regarding Panini Immaculate Catastrophe.

This was meant for me not you.

Your comment was directed at me whether you want to admit it or not. A lame person could see this.

When I call out Panini, im not grasping on nothing. I base it on several years of collecting and I base it on any facts I can provide. Just like when I called out Topps and UD years ago on this forum, back when those companies had the NBA license! However, they no longer have the license. Who does? Only one company, Panini. So, when I feel they do wrong. YES, I'm calling them out.

I dont care? You have no idea what you're talking about and how much I love collecting basketball cards since I was a kid. This has been my hobby for a LONG time and I hold it near and dear since it's something I associate with my childhood. For you to insinuate that I "don't care" is a complete slap in the face. I thought you were better than this as a fellow collector but I guess I'm wrong.

I really was not directing it towards one person at all. Which is why I mentioned other forums, because Beckett does not have near the absurdity as one specific other forum I use. If you happen to be a member on that other forum you can see I say the same things there. And it is always the same people. Do I consider you one of these people, honestly yes... but that is only because you come across as being completely one sided. Always quick to post negative comments about Panini, but I don't know that I have ever seen you post anything positive. Perhaps I was wrong in assuming you are one of those people that don't care how nice a product is as long as it's Panini, but in my behalf I have never seen you post anything to indicate otherwise.
