Only Ebay would allow

Only Ebay would allow
I just received a negative feedback today from a buyer who claims they go the wrong card...They got the card that was In the title and the card pictured...they claim I switched the card on them...They paid less than $5 dollars for this. The said they got one version and were supposed to get another meanwhile both they mentioned I never mentioned in the description. They called me a thief and are telling people not to trust me...Yes the other 600 positive feedback I have this year means I rip people off all the time. What a joke. Contacted Ebay and they wont do anything. This person didnt even contact me with the problem they jus left neg. Makes me think it was someone deliberately buying something from me to leave negative.

What you need to do is file a claim and request the buyer send it back. I believe you can still do this and once its completed it should remove the feedback. Make sure to follow up on a feedback received and if you left a feedback already you can reply to that as well.

I buy and sell on there for many years and have dealt with all sorts of scammers so the best and smartest thing to do is document everything. When you file a claim provide a link of the scan of the card that was sent so they can compare the 2 from auction and your scan even though its probably redundant.

I labeled a card on ebay like its listed in Beckett and it was from the cheap Adrenalyn XL series. Well they list them as signatures though they aren't autos and somebody bought the card from me and was like this isn't a real autograph lol I was like I don't know how I am supposed to list it, I went with beckett which listed it this way. I was sure they were gonna give me a negative feedback. I offered refund and everything never heard back , lol they left a positive one like 2 months later.

Funny, they will side with the buyer on something this petty but when it comes to a seller running up bids, the buyer doesnt have a chance with ebay.
