I have over 2300 feedback, yet 5 people gave me low ratings on shipping fees, so now when I sell, my money will be frozen in PayPal for a couple weeks as punishment.

Sucks to hear this crap going on... eBay is a JOKE... If there weren't cards on there at times I want, I would ban them altogether... I really am beginning to HATE that site...
