I do own some of the cards featured but not all of them. I actually just took the picture of the back from COMC, the front was from an eBay auction. I was just going to show the front and then I found one on COMC and figurd I would show the back too. I had been steering away from using pictures from COMC as they put their logo in the image, but it is definitely easier to use their pictures since I just have to copy and paste the code and they have pictures of the front and back of cards. The cards are listed on COMC under "1986 Sportflics Disc Offers".
As for your question about Nolan Ryan having one of these, I do not believe he does. I know they made ones for Don Mattingly and Dwight Gooden. I have also seen the jumbo discs for Wade Boggs, Roger Clemens and Wally Joyner, but not the mail in cards, so not sure if they are the same, from something else, or possibly from 1987.
