So was the 2023 Topps Heritage eliminated this year? Usually it comes out before Bowman.

It’s slated to release May 31st this year.
That seems later than usual

Everything is later than usual..usual is gone forever.

Opening day was replaced by the revamped Big League set which now is the new home of the Mascot cards as well as the highly sought after Social Media Influencers insert set.
Heritage has a last week of May release date but don't be shocked if it's pushed back to the first or second week of June. Also it's rumored that there will be no Heritage High Number and that there will just be the one big Heritage release which is the reason for the delay. We will see I guess. Also Series 2 Flagship is looking like a mid July release to coincide with the AS Game. 
I think the industry could afford to shed a couple sets, honestly. Between the number of sets and number of inserts / parallels, it's overwhelming.
