Certainly looks like you have a good eye for grading! Those Currys are worth a small fortune, nice timing on those!
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!
yeah those Curry's will more than likely end up being sold on the bay, I bought a box of the First Edition about a year and a half ago for $34 and pulled both of them and the Blue I bought at a card show for $5, I wish all of my deals ended up that good.

I'm not really a big basketball fan or collector so I don't know much in that area of the hobby....but is it really worth the $ to grade base cards of Jordan?

Every Jordan is worth something to somebody. I keep one of every Jordan I come across and trade the rest.
I appreciate Chicago players that begin competing within the city's sports organizations and stay with these teams throughout their careers.
