I feel your pain my friend, I have to do the dreaded car shopping soon, too. My oldest daughter is off to college this August and it would be easier for everyone if she had her own wheels. (Easier for everyone except for me ... Another car payment and higher insurance )

I turned my 2007 Buick Lucerne into a 2012 Chryslter 200 SE. My payment only goes up by $20 a month, but instead of having 2 years left I now have 5. Could've been much worse.

If you can, find her something a little bigger. Not as flashy or as easy on gas, but I got hit hard enough that my car and the car that hit me were trashed and I barely even felt it. After that, I'll never go with anything small again. Probably easier getting a 37-year-old guy to go for that than an 18-year-old girl though

And - probably to nobody's surprise - I was able to add a couple of more pieces. Pics to follow soon. Nothing too flashy, but still some fun adds.

I've had a busy few weeks - summer movie review season, replacing a totaled car, crazy busy at work and - thankfully - adding lots of new pieces to my Twins, Max Kepler and 2014 Bowman Draft PCs. An LCS trip, a little lucky retail and way too much time/money on Ebay. I've got more on the way, but I wanted to share this to end the weekend right.

They are pretty sharp looking. I have to figure out the best way to display it though. Can't really see the card or the nice patch with it close.

Some new pieces for the Twins PC: Arcia /25 (now have 3), Cederoth /10 (now have 2), Gonsalves /5, and Berrios. Beckett still claims there's a Kepler auto like this, but nothing has shown up anywhere that I've seen. LMK if you happen upon one.
