Former Carolina Panthers WR Keary Colbert lands coaching job at Ga. State

Georgia State announced Monday that former Carolina Panthers receiver Keary Colbert will be its wide receivers coach.
Colbert, a six-year NFL veteran, played four years with Carolina and still holds the franchise rookie records for receptions (47), receiving yards (754) and touchdowns (5).
In his four years with the Panthers he played in 55 games (42 starts) and grabbed 109 passes for 1,424 yards and seven touchdowns. He last played in the league in 2011 with Kansas City.
He had previously coached at Southern California as an assistant tight ends coach in 2010.
