Gems of the Game - No gems here!
I don't know for the life of me why I continue to buy these gems of the game boxes from walmart but I got a 25.00 rose rookie last time so figured I would try basketball again...Should have gotten another bowman 2012 baseball box lol.
AND.............HOLD ON TO YOUR SEATS..........MY BIG HIT!!!!!!!!!!

If they were priced at about $10 a box i would say its a Fun Cheap break similar to those random pack boxes you can get but at $20 you need to get better then a Topps Total Graded card

It can be tough to pass them up though. You know there aren't any huge hits in there in all likelihood (though on here I've seen a Bill Russell autograph, Glen Rice auto, and a handful of other cards like that pulled from these random blasters), but for $20, all you need is one $20+ hit and you at least get your money back in trade value. It's amazing how often there isn't at least one $20 hit though lol
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!

Well I got a few trading chips and the cards pictured cover the box price, I just can't stand the so called hit card is always garbage. I got the rose rc from a pack. The least they can do is put a decent card for the hit.
