I lean toward fake. You can see the pitch of Autograph does not match the facsimile on the card. The only way I see buying a 'buy back' card is if it is a lot cheaper than what It would cost at a signing to get the same card signed.

Ummm who put the fake certified auto issue and tag on the holder to make it look like an official topps product
