Heh, nice custom, very well done indeed!
One Sharks-era Irbe card that I always thought would look great with a memorabilia swatch would be the 1993-94 Parkhurst base card. 
I think you have found a new calling.
Collecting all the Ron Hextall Cards especially those
pesky 1 of 1 cards and other low print runs. I am also collecting Bernie Parent, Pelle Lindbergh, Antero Niittymaki & other Flyers goalies. http://s728.photobucket.com/albums/ww288/dam1057/ 
Probably gonna try my luck with a stick/patch or jersey card everntually. I have piles of broken Irbe model sherwoods since thats what I use for hockey until they stopped making them haha
