I hid some money when I was 16 - about $80 somewhere in my room. I wanted to make sure that no one found it - not a lot of $, but it was 1982 and I was 16 so it was a lot to me.

We moved out of that house a year later, and I never found the $ - 30 years later and I still wonder how I hid it so good!

Man!! that is one super senior moment. But don't worry I'm 65 and have them all the time. Sit down and have a coffee and rehash your steps. Then start again you might find something else that was a senior moment before and you never remembered it until you found it.

2/20/12- autographs are still missing. I've literally combed through half the basement...I took tomorrow off, so I'm not going to stop tomorrow until I find them!

UPDATE- Today I found the autograph book (I was a moron and had it in my car, I forgot I had taken it to an autograph signing lol. I've got tomorrow off to continue the quest for the Gonzo autograph card...I'm just glad it's a weird size, atleast it SHOULD be easy to find!

FINAL UPDATE- Well, I stripped the whole room down, plopped onto my bed in defeat (though this is the most organized my basement/card room has ever been). Then I realized...OMG...I NEVER CHECKED THE COUCH. I was terrified that they'd be there all wadded up. I rip off the first cushion...there they were...right in the crack...PERFECT SHAPE...IDK how, but I probably dropped them when I was reorganizing the collection two months ago...AND I SOMEHOW NEVER SAT ON THE COUCH IN TWO MONTHS! They are literally still pristine, heck I'd still get um graded!

On that note lol, does anyone happen to have a cpl cases for the A&G Boxtoppers that they'd be willing to trade? lol These guys need to be put in cases and put in with the rest of the collection so this never happens again lol. Also, do they make penny sleeves for cards like this? How do I keep the right sized toploaders from scratching them up?

I asked the same question and I was told no sleeves for the larger cards. It sucks as I also have larger cards in holders with no penny sleaves on them.
