I feel the guys enjoyment. In 95 I did the same thing with my 1980's and early ninety's cards. I burnt 4 55 gallon drums of cards-it took 2 days. About 60,000 cards. Had to clean my PC and reevaluate what I wanted to collect. Nobody wanted them, not goodwill or any drivable place. They take a long time to burn-only regret-burnt all my 90's inserts and then they became hot in 2005.

This only means that the value of some of those cards just went up.... lol

I reguraly start my fireplace with late 80's and early 90's donruss and topps.
Collecting Bob Feller, 1951 Bowman, anything Cleveland.

Last year I GAVE AWAY 200,000 cards to Goodwill, Children's Network and a young boy who lost cards in a flooded basement. They all accepted them with gratitude....
Burning them is stupid, wasteful and self-centered. Light your cigar with a $100 bill too..that is stupid, wasteful and self-centered, I see no difference..
