1997 Scoreboard Playbook Franchise Player No Foil Front Variant Mark Brunell. This came from jephthah1, who was a Mike Alstott supercollector back in the days. Unfortunately, he hasn't been on the boards since 2017. He's now selling alot of his stuff on ebay.
