Here's a link to someone who sells them custom made. A little expensive at 10 bucks each, but the card would be well protected and look good enough to display.

Check with the seller that they fit 2011 Five Star booklets if you decide to get one.

That looks pretty sweet. I have shy'd away from collecting booklets for this very reason... who to display the open while keeping the card protected.
