Who knows ... not to defend card companies, but I would assume that they would realize that if they ever got caught once using a fake gamer, they would be finished.

And remember, "Shenanigans" is a very serious charge around here, not to be thrown around lightly.

i say paranoid..lol..

i have a few that look brand new from old dude's Gamers...one from Alan Page and i dont doubt its authenticity...they are not ALL going to be dirty,torn,scuffed up,look used or faded..
no way do they risk a Fraud charge/getting sued in Fed court..
ALL they have is their NAME....
like Me or you

AND....i would NEVER risk it for a few $$$$...Neither would they.
