I have emailed Beckett customer service (the main email they recommend on the website) about an error with a previous order of mine and just don’t seem to be getting a response. First email was around 10 day’s ago and a follow up yesterday.. but nothing.. am I doing something wrong? Is there a specific email I should be using? I am overseas so phoning them is very hard. Please help

If grading email me at my jeffv96masters@gmail.com I'll pass the request along. Include your username,email and the order # involved, and what the issue is that you need help on. Or marketplace order ?? If its marketplace look at who the dealer is. Each has their own emails. Those emails should be on the order slips if not advise I'll try and help there. jeff
