I have emailed Beckett customer service (the main email they recommend on the website) about an error with a previous order of mine and just don’t seem to be getting a response. First email was around 10 day’s ago and a follow up yesterday.. but nothing.. am I doing something wrong? Is there a specific email I should be using? I am overseas so phoning them is very hard. Please help
