I don't think that card is from that set. If it is it's probably a promotional cover card.

It DID come in the sealed, shrink-wrapped set! It is more of a Header type card...but still begs the question WHO...?

I've seen most of the cards in that set and if I'm not mistaken there was an '07 set. All cards of actual players clearly stated who they were. To me, what sticks out the most besides it looking like CGI, is the lack of any emblems, logos or advertisements. Nothing on the shoes or glove, body positioned so no name can be seen, no advertisements on whats usually an outfield wall absolutely littered with them.
