Must be North Jersey (gotta protect the cards from the NY'ers (LOL LOL...just kidding) because I have never seen them in S. Jersey. I think the retail outlets should use em Target & WM. I'd be less adverse to buying loose packs.

When I lived in North Jersey they had them at the front of some stores. Last month it was Middletown in central Jersey. The machine was in the produce section. Went in for some bananas and spent all my singles in the machine. No new stuff at all though. I think the guy that owned my old LCS stocked them from old stock.
