The Pirate Parrot rode the quad on 2 wheels for 3 minutes and 52 seconds without falling off.

Thanks for the guesses guys... Not there yet. Feel free to reguess because two more hints: It was either in an NL West or AL west ballpark. And one was a ML record being broken not just a career milestone.
