I called this number (817) 662-5203 and 2 minutes later they said they are gonna fed ex to me and updated my open request with a fedex tracking number.

I called that number: "We are currently upgrading our calling system and are unable to take your call at this time, please leave a message and we will get back to you within the next few days."

I'm just waiting on a Larry Sanders Season Ticket Auto that I submitted last June.

I still have redemptions out from January of last year. I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna sell any redemptions that I pull from now on and let someone else put up with the Panini headache.
