I have had one pending since October. I sent them an e-mail, but haven't gotten a reply. I also tried to call them but I got a message that basically says "we are working on filling redemptions this week, so we are not answering our customer service phone".

I am tired of waiting for this. Is anyone else still waiting on theirs?

Everyone is still waiting on theirs. It takes a while so don't start holding your breath just yet. I would say maybe March or April. Would love to be proven wrong. I'm waiting on about 25 of them.

Just an FYI mine last year shipped on April 24th. So they will probably be around the same time this year.

Wow, do they really take that long? I don't deal with redemptions very much, but that is really sad.
