There is a big chance that Beckett could send the card back as "altered" and not grade it at all. On top of that, you might try to resubmit it to PSA and get the same response, so I definitely wouldn't buy it if you plan on regrading it, as once you break it out of the case you may have lost a lot of value on it that you might never get back.
