Not valuable per se, but these "decipher" cards (which is what most people have taken to calling them) are supposed to be a piece of the Ginter Code puzzle. There are a set of 30 of them (which I'm trying to obtain little by little), and I've heard they fall at a rate of about one per case of A&G.
