if he's new don't give him the benefit of the doubt.. he may not know (its not his fault ) the safest and best ways to send cards through the mail! politely offer suggestions like a previous poster, offer more shipping and insurance etc... I'm sure his future customers will be better off for it as well as his feedback rating. my 2cents
