You said you never had a PSA card cross over to BGS in an equal or higher grade. Fine. Yet you acknowledge that someone who submitted a card through your submission received a BGS 9.5 on crossover that was a PSA 10.
A BGS 9.5 and a PSA 10 are both Gem Mint correct?
