Hello all, I was curious what the difference is between BASE grading and Collector's Special grading, other than price ($22/$18)? They both say 60+ business days.

So, if you submit ten or more cards and the declared value on each card you submit is no more than $400, that is the service level you should choose. If you are submitting fewer than ten cards or one with a declared value of more than $400, you must go with the Base service level.
