I’ve sent several emails to customer service requesting a response concerning a submission that is not showing in my account. It’s been going on for almost a month. No response to any of my emails. Their phone number voicemail just cycles to “send an email” I’m very frustrated!
Has anyone found a way to contact anyone at Beckett? I should have used PSA.
