First, I am new to most of this, so please forgive me.

I am 63 years old and have two adults sons.  I have been collecting since I was 11.  My sons have no interest in my cards do I am in the process of liquidating my collection.  I have a mostly football and baseball and probably have half million cards, some figurines and memorabilia   My plan is to try to sell what I can on Ebay, then give away the rest to a non-profit such as Goodwill or St Jude's for the tax deduction.  I welcome any comments

Hey, I feel bad that nobody has responded to your post.

So, I can give my 2 cents for free...

If you have a small box of higher value cards, you may want to consider selling on eBay or at a card show.

If you have mostly $3-$10 cards, then websites like COMC or BuySportsCards would work pretty well.

If your stuff is valued less per card, then a highly discounted sale at home or flea market is best.

If you have tons of free time, buy a Beckett Organize subscription, list your cards, and trade or sell them here.
