I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone in support where I've sent several messages via the website messaging submission about a month ago and two weeks ago, I decided to send a message via Twitter with no luck as well.

How does one reach customer support when they're non-existent??? This is frustrating!

When you say "message," are you referring to email?  There used to be a chat feature on the old home page.  Is that still somewhere?  I tried to use that several times [back in the day], but it was never helpful (either no response or no useful response).

Social media posts would be the last place I would go.  That is just me.

I don't know your issue, but this forum is a great place to go, as you will most likely get responses from experienced site users.  

I often wonder if Beckett employees even use this site.  <<--- That is an intentional poke.  I would love for one of them to prove me wrong.

The FAQs are another good place to start.  They cover most of the basics.  So, yeah, there must be a few Beckett employees that know their stuff.
