Hello all,

Has anyone effectively used these features from Beckett?

I feel that since I had entered all of this detail in Organize, then Beckett would be able to help match me up with someone based upon that data.  I should not need to re-enter the information into a "Shoebox."

Even so, I have tried to add items to the Shoebox.  When I then try to view the Shoebox, there is nothing in there.  Even getting to the Shoebox is nearly impossible to navigate to.

I have sent an email to Beckett customer service to find out what I am doing wrong, but I would love it if an actual user could help out.
