In the last 2 days, I have tried to use the fill Button. Every time I do the cards Disappear and I have to wait for the system to bring them back the next day. Why does this Happen.

I can't help you if you are experiencing a bug with Beckett Organize.  However, I am curious about what scenario compels you to use the "fill" button.  I have been actively using Organize for a bunch of years and manage tens of thousands of cards, yet have never used "fill".

I have never experienced cards disappearing from any of my Organize collections either.

What do you use to go on Beckett. I use Firefox. By the way, I have over 300,000 Different cards. With a total of over 750,000. I have been with Beckett for around 15 years.

I use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge in a pinch on my PC, Safari on my iPhone, and Amazon Silk on my Kindle Fire.

I do virtually all Organize functions on my PC.

I hope you figure out the issue.
