Rob024420 - Pick Up Show Off Thread
I took a trip up to San Antonio last weekend to take the wife to a baby shower. I managed to carve out about 30 minutes to go by Sports Cards Plus. They are a fantastic shop by the way if you are ever in San Antonio. The shop was hosting a in shop card show with 10 or so dealers set up. I managed to snag these 3 for my PC from one of them.

A couple of months ago I got an opportunity to go to STL for a long weekend. I visited a good friend, caught a Cardinals game (1st time to Busch), hung out at a few breweries and went by RBIcru Card shop and a Card Show that was in town that weekend. Here are a few pick ups from either the shop or the show. More of these to come later.

I love those Bowman Platinum jersey autos ... I've had two Trouts like that at various times and traded them both.

I wish I still had one!

Here's a couple of more I snagged at the Machinest Hall Show in STL. I'm from Texas so the Beltre/Pudge dual just makes sense and Sandberg is one of my main PC guys so anytime I can get an auto or patch I don't already have is a no brainer for me.

I love shows! Not just for deals, I don’t give a sh*t about flips. Awesome cards everywhere, tons of people to talk sports with. They’re awesome in my opinion.

I used to go them fairly often as a kid but haven't been to one in probably 30 years (?)
